Kim Bondy

Kim Bondy is an award-winning TV producer and media executive. Until 2016, she served as senior vice president for Al Jazeera America. In that role, Bondy oversaw long form programs, documentaries and news programming. She also created the network’s award-winning program “America Tonight” which was the channel’s primetime news magazine program.

Before joining Al Jazeera America, Bondy founded and served as president of The Bondy Group, a boutique media consulting and production company. Prior to that, Bondy was the vice president of morning programming and executive producer of CNN’s “American Morning” with Soledad O’Brien and Miles O’Brien. She also held executive and senior producing positions at NBC News. She holds an MBA and a BA in Communications from the University Of New Orleans.
